Delfino Flores serves as the Chief Executive Officer of DiscoveryMate, bringing over two decades of cross-industry leadership in healthcare technology, corporate operations, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. A multi-disciplinary executive, Delfino has held roles as Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, President, Board Member, Corporate and Technology Director, and founder of multiple ventures, all of which position him to lead DiscoveryMate at the intersection of law, technology, and user-centered design. His ventures demonstrate a consistent ability to identify pain points in underserved markets and bring scalable solutions to life.

As the visionary behind DiscoveryMate, Delfino understands the inefficiencies and emotional toll that manual divorce discovery can impose on litigants, attorneys, and the courts. With a passion for building solutions that simplify complex systems, he founded DiscoveryMate to revolutionize how legal discovery data is gathered, processed, and delivered—empowering Individuals to turn overwhelming paper trails into streamlined, court-ready reports using AI, OCR, and automation. Delfino holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.

His professional ethos centers on empowerment through technology, access to justice, and the belief that Individual's experiences should never be sacrificed for complexity. At DiscoveryMate, he is responsible for strategic direction, investor relations, product-market fit, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable impact in the legal space.

Ricardo Ramos serves as Chief Technology Officer for DiscoveryMate, where he leads the design and execution of the platform’s cloud infrastructure, AI-driven architecture, and data security frameworks. With a robust background in healthcare technology and a deep commitment to innovation, Ricardo plays a pivotal role in translating DiscoveryMate’s mission into a scalable, secure, and intuitive legal tech solution.

Ricardo was recognized as a 2024 “40 Under 40” honoree by the North Bay Business Journal in California, a testament to his leadership and impact in the healthcare IT space. His journey began with a fascination for engineering and evolved into a career in computer science, fueled by a desire to build technology that improves people’s lives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.

At DiscoveryMate, Ricardo channels the energy and purpose to build a legal technology platform that empowers attorneys, mediators, and Individuals to transform unstructured discovery documents into clear, court-ready insights using OCR, AI, and intelligent automation.
